01/ Foundations & Planning Systems

Every detail begins with strong foundations. You’ll have access to a tailored online planning portal, with 24-hour access to your timeline, budget, guest list, and checklists. We create a realistic budget aligned to your priorities, track quotations and payments, and research venues and marquees to build a solid framework for your celebration.

02/ Design & Guest Experience

We collaborate with you to shape an atmosphere and aesthetic that feels authentically yours. From tablescapes and florals to stationery, furniture, and lighting, we provide comprehensive design direction and full production. We also manage RSVPs and guest travel arrangements, ensuring your guests enjoy a memorable experience.

03/ Suppliers & Team

We source and manage a trusted team of high-calibre suppliers, reviewing contracts and overseeing logistics to ensure every element aligns with your brief. Our focus is on building a team that not only compliments your design vision but also works seamlessly together.

04/ Coordination & Delivery

We create and distribute a detailed event brief and schedule, overseeing the set-up, styling, and coordination of the day / weekend. We are supported by an experienced team tailored to the scale of your celebration. Post-event breakdown is fully coordinated with your suppliers, ensuring everything is managed smoothly behind the scenes once the celebration has ended.

Investment: 12–15% of the overall budget (minimum £12,000). A fixed fee will be agreed ahead of signing the contract. Travel and accommodation may be charged depending on your event location.
