We are based in Rutland but we have been hired to plan weddings and parties across the UK, from the Highlands of Scotland to the Devonshire coastline. Marquee celebrations in the most beautiful private family homes and some of the top UK venues in the most breath-taking locations.
UK events are our speciality, but we are a go-to destination planning company for client’s all over the globe.
Full plan
40% of the minimum fee is charged upon booking to secure the service / an additional 40% due usually 6-9 months prior, with the remaining balance due 1 month prior. This will be outlined in your proposal subject to the length of time we will be working together.
On the day management
50% of the overall fee is charged upon booking to secure the service with the remaining balance due 1 month prior to the event.
We will of course naturally recommend suppliers that we know (if we feel they are suited to your vision and requirements, and know they deliver on the day). But our goal is to research and shortlist suppliers that are reliable and professional regardless of whether we have already established professional working relationship with them.
It is important to be transparent about your budget from day one. We will work closely with you to discuss priorities, manage your expectations and recommend vendors to suit your budget.
Excluding some of our more intimate celebrations we have planned, our existing portfolio and experience is with budgets of £70,000 and over.
If you are yet to put together a budget, don't worry, we can guide you after our initial consultation, and a detailed budget will then be drafted upon booking our services.
We recommend booking your planning partner at least 12-18 months in advance of your desired date. However, we have worked with clients with as little as 3 months to go.
We pride ourselves on being great communicators, whether that be by WhatsApp, phone or email. We do however, use a project management system which we use as a central hub for all the important details - it allows us to share documents, allocate tasks, input all of your supplier contact details, monitor upcoming payments, track your budget (etc!).
With this in mind, we try to encourage everything through this platform to keep everything in one place. We also love a group WhatsApp in the last few weeks of the planning process to enable us to answer any questions or communicate any last-minute changes on the lead up to the event.
Most of our clients have busy schedules, the goal is to help by reducing the time spent on all the admin and research, connecting you with the best vendors, only leaving you with the simple task of making a few decisions and thus get to enjoy the planning process.
As planners, we are very well-connected in our industry, if we haven't worked with a supplier before then we very likely know someone who has. We always have your best interests at heart and we are your number one advocate.
If that's not enough, on the day we coordinate all the moving parts, we are the first onsite and last to leave, we see problems before they happen and have many solutions, we are traffic controllers, furniture movers, therapists and everything in-between.
Absolutely, Cara Ching will be there on the day with an experienced team. The number of team members will very much depend on the scale and location of your celebration. We will discuss this in more detail at consultation stage.
