Full Planning — Investment is 12–15% of the overall budget, with a minimum fee of £12,000. Travel and accommodation may be charged depending on location. Payment schedule: 40% of the minimum fee on booking, a further 40% typically six to nine months before the wedding (timing confirmed in your proposal), with the balance as outlined in your contract.

Virtual Planning Subscription — £850 per month, charged in advance. One-month minimum term. Recurring monthly card payments continue unless you give seven days’ notice to pause or cancel.

Not at all. We handpick suppliers based on fit, quality and availability— whether they’re long-standing collaborators or newly sourced specifically for your brief.

We work across time zones and around busy schedules.

If you have chosen our "Virtual Planning Subscription Service": most communication takes place via the online planning portal and email, plus a dedicated one-hour call each month to review your priorities and chosen planning categories.

Full Wedding Planning Service: most communication takes place via the online planning portal, email, Google Meet, and in-person meetings as required. We also set up a dedicated WhatsApp group (either from day one or around one month before your wedding) for quick updates, subject to your preferences.

We recommend booking your planning partner at least 12-18 months in advance of your desired date. However, we have worked with clients with as little as 2-3 months to go.
