This is a comprehensive service, that starts right at the beginning of the planning process approx 12-16 months ahead of the event date (although we have planned in as little as 3 months!).

We provide the highest level of support and give you the resources to make informed decisions with recommendations for suppliers who nail your brief.

We only book an exclusive number of full planning clients a year, so we can dedicate the time to make it a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We will help research and recommend suitable venues in your desired location for your event and/or advise on a range of marquees for any outdoor celebrations or plan b's!

Over 50% of our clients opt for marquees either at private homes or countryside estates, so we are well-equipped to guide you through the logistics and considerations of building a venue from scratch.

Most of our clients come to us with a desired budget, however, we are here to help you draft a detailed budget upon booking our services. We will advise how much each of the budget lines may cost, whilst discussing your priorities and ensuring everything is included.

We use a project management system which will monitor your budget and all of your payments to suppliers which will keep you on track throughout the planning process.

We cannot stress enough how important it is to have a good team of suppliers working on your day / weekend of celebrations. Not only will they provide a professional service, but the right people will keep the spirits high and elevate the entire experience.

We are here to research and handpick those suppliers who suit your brief / overall vision and present you with options to make informed decisions.

All elements of design are considered, we establish the brief and deliver it – stationery, furniture, candles, tableware, gifting and florals, to name a few!

We will discuss design in depth during the planning process, at which point you will be provided with a detailed design brief to serve as a guide for booking suppliers that will hone your vision.

We are experts at planning multi-day celebrations and weekend weddings. Whether it be a small and intimate rehearsal dinner or a pre-party for 150 guests the night before or a post-wedding boozy brunch and street food festival (cue the Bloody Mary's!) - we have you covered.

A detailed event schedule will be created to include a timeline of all events from set-up to collection / de-rig! We will ensure that all deliveries and collections are booked in a logical order and be there to oversee it all.

Cara Ching and her experienced team will be there on the day/s supporting you and your guests, coordinating your suppliers, finishing any styling elements and keeping the day running to time (to name a few!).

On the day we will be onsite from the moment the first supplier arrives to until the last guest leaves.
